This collection displays materials related to the Fisk Jubilee Singers' tour of South Asia and letters associated with the Fisk English Professor turned missionary, Henrietta Matson, during her time in India from November, 1887 to January, 1892. These documents related to Henrietta Matson and the Fisk Jubilee Singers’ travels in Asia are contained in Series 2 (Box2, Folder 8), Series 4 (Box 3, Folders 3-10; Box 4, Folder 9), and Series 5 (Box 4, Folder 10).
