A commercially-produced image depicting the Husainabad Gate in Lucknow, India. This streetscape features this ornate three-arched gate in the background of the image. Smaller structures sit in the right and left of the middle ground of the composition. Several Asian persons stand in the street and look towards the camera.
The reverse of this image does not feature any writing in ink. This image was one of many commercially-produced images of various places and peoples in Asia likely gifted to the Spence family by the Fisk Jubilee Singers upon their return to the United States in 1890.
